Yuzu is a small citrus fruit from Japan, with a marked acidity, the taste located between lime, yellow grapefruit and tangerine. It cannot be eaten as it is because it is very acidic and contains a lot of seeds, but it is very appreciated in all kinds of salty, sweet or spicy sauces. Fallot chose this fruit of excellence and subtlety, in order to offer a product of delicious originality to the finest gourmets.
Tasting advice: This Yuzu mustard will finely spice up vinaigrettes, mayonnaises, fish, as well as poultry and vegetable mixtures. It can also be associated with raw vegetable salads, sweet and sour, with avocado or apples.
