Saucisse de Toulouse or “Toulouse Sausage” is a fresh sausage originating from Toulouse in the southwest of France.
Labeled in 1992, Toulouse sausage meets precise specifications, guaranteeing its quality, as well as its manufacture in a limited geographical area around the pink city.
Easy to use: Pour the Toulouse sausages with lentils in a saucepan and simmer over low heat.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening: keep in the refrigerator and consume quickly.
Ingredients: lentils 35%, Toulouse sausages 34% (pork, salt, pepper, natural pork casing), broth (water, pork bones and rinds, tomato paste, salt), water, duck fat, flavorings (including MILK and EGG), salt, tomato paste, spices and aromatic plants, natural pepper flavor, garlic pulp (garlic, salt, acidifier: E330), natural flavors, dextrose.
