Raz El Hanout is a veritable spice rack in itself, Raz El Hanout usually consists of over a dozen spices, in different proportions. It differs very little from the red version. Its taste, in short, is the same, only its colouring changes.
Commonly used ingredients include cardamom, cumin, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, allspice, dry ginger, chilli peppers, coriander seed, peppercorn, sweet and hot paprika, fenugreek, and dry turmeric.
Rich, colourful and aromatic, you can season savoury dishes, including meats, veggies, couscous, pasta, rice, and stews called tagines.
