Citrolino oil is a condiment made from extra virgin olive of the Taggiasca type and fresh Italian lemons. It is a superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly by pressing the olives by mechanical processes. Taggiasca type olives come exclusively from Liguria in Italy.
Directions for use: mayonnaise, salad, fish, raw vegetables, carpaccio, fruits.
